Return policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund to the original payment method.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@redlandstore.com with your order number.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Refunds land in 3–5 business days once we receive the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free — we'll ship the replacement as soon as you drop off the return.

Non-returnable items

Used items, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Warranty claims

All Redlandstore gear carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Visit our support page to file a claim.
